I have just noticed an issue with 5.2.0 and 5.2.1. I do not normally use FFmpeg for transcoding prefering Mencoder I have a query though.... JPG doesn't support transparencies, and GIF is very limited in colors especially when dealing with transparencies. If it went JPG, it would have to have a background anyways. Nothing was transparent per say as things stood with the conf it only looked it due to using the same background colour the ...

Have you tried removing the ThumbnailSize and ThumbnailBackground options and adding SendFolderThumbnails = false instead to the xboxs conf file? Doing that should mean it just uses whatever the device normally uses for a default folder thumbnail. It can also help speed up folder browsing. That doe...

SendFolderThumbnails = false
instead to the xboxs conf file?
Doing that should mean it just uses whatever the device normally uses for a default folder thumbnail. It can also help speed up folder browsing.

Im guessing its a Character map setting for unicode function. Probably easier to name files only with ANSI character set and save sub .srt files with ANSI rather than Unicode or UTF than fiddle around with that setting.
