Re: Audio choppy
I suspect that you have used a non-standard sample frequency and or channels when encoding the audio. What did you use?

Re: VOB audio problems (sometimes)
Try removing container == iso :: -nosync The problem is you can't "remove" any of the default settings, so you have to turn off "Use application defaults" and then copy the rest into "Custom parameters": (container == avi || container == matroska) && vcodec == m...

Re: VOB audio problems (sometimes)
The only "obvious" difference I can see is that the trouble file is NTSC while the other is PAL. That means different framerate and resolution. I know virtually nothing about this, so somebody else should try to help, but you could check if the same is true for the other problem VOBs - if ...

Re: VOB audio problems (sometimes)
Select view "text" or "tree" in MediaInfo to get full info. If you choose "text", you can easily paste the text here without having to do screenshots. By "capturing" I mean to generate trace logs (as described in red above) while trying to play one of the file...

Re: VOB audio problems (sometimes)
You should download MediaInfo to get some more information about the files. VLC doesn't show that much. Please note that the link I gave you is without a Windows installer. The reason is that the MediaInfo installer has adware in it that will be installed if you're not careful. Also, following the r...

Re: [FFmpeg Web Video] videostream unnecesary transcoding?
I don't know anything about web streaming in UMS, but it doesn't seem like it even tries to match the "supported" lines. This line could be a hint: TRACE 2016-01-13 15:43:10.025 [main] Could not match any format to ".84:8082/" I don't think UMS manages to find any information abo...

Re: How to Map UMS to a folder location in MyBookWorld
I'm afraid you'll have to mount the drive somehow, URI's are not accepted as folder arguments. If you have to use a URI, you might get it to work by configuring WEB.conf, but I don't know anything about how or if that works.

Re: UMS won't launch
If no logfile is generated, either UMS isn't actually launching at all, or it crashes before the log file can be initialized. Not much happens before the logfile is initialized, it's a rare event. I very much doubt this us related to the the permissions issue, that part doesn't come into play until ...

Re: 6.0.0-b2 and 5.5.0 released
Hi! I tried the 5.5.0 and the 6.0.0-b2 (with clean the .conf) And I had some problem with my PS3. UMS doesn't recognize it anymore. It recognizes my box and my receiver. I had to go back to 5.4.0 and it recognizes my ps3 again. Create a thread under "General support" with debug informatio...
