UMS 7.8.0 on Mac - Start Minimized

Hello,
I install UMS on my mac (High Sierra 10.13.6). UMS is in french. I would like to minimized it on startup. In the help tey said to click on Start minimized in the general settings but that doesn't exist.
In UMS 6.7 alson on mac and in french I can Check Minimized.
In the config files there is minimized = true but that change anything.
