This release fixes some important bugs and adds the Estonian language.
We found and fixed a bug in 11.1.1 during the release process, hence the amazing version number you see before you.

WARN Could not parse player id "FFMPEGHLSVIDEO"
WARN Unknown transcoding engine "ffmpeghlsvideo"

show up in log files, the same as what happened and i reported in version 11.0.0. Hopefully that can be fixed soon, otherwise the release seems to work fine. Thanks

I updated from release 10.15.0 and unfortunately the server do not want to start from the services.
Through the UMS I deleted the service and installed again, but UMS still not started. I back to version 10.15.0.
