Thanks for the release! Just updated to it on windows, and on first load all video files are offered to be transcoded by ffmpeg in every renderer (had no time to investigate further and produce logs).
Did anyone observe anything like that? Wolf
-- UMS serving PS3, WDTV, Samsung H6400 + J5500 and Kalemsoft renderers! (no video transcoding but remuxing accepted :D )

Thanks for reporting this, Wolfgan. It's surprising since we didn't really make changes I would expect to cause this in this version, I'm interested to see logs if you can reproduce it :)

Great work. Will try it tomorrow, although 5.0 Alpha is working fine.

Thanks for the new release. 4.2.2 is working fine for me (not everything is offered as transcoded). Also looking forward to 5.0.0-a2.

I noticed that 5.0.0-a1 does not defer to MEncoder for files with embedded fonts (like anime), unlike 4.2.1. Perhaps this was added after a1 was released? If so sorry....

I am having the exact same issue! No matter what I try, it doesn't pick up my Xbox One but picks up my Xbox 360 just fine. Please fix.
