Lets Windows users build the latest revision of UMS for Windows and Linux.

Note: This will build the program from potentially untested code, so while it should usually be OK there are no guarantees.

• Updated Java to 1.6.37
• Made output filenames more descriptive

I'm guessing that if I have to ask what it is for I probably don't need to be messing with it. LOL I'll probably end up playing with it and breaking something though. Can't help myself.

Hehe it's just for impatient people (like myself) who don't want to wait for the next official release, so you just run UMSBuilder and you get to use the latest code before it is released

Heck, how else would I learn if not by breaking stuff and spending a lot of time fixing it.
