Just selected "other" in the poll. I'm running a Vizio E601i-A3 WiFi Smart TV.

Great program. Light-weight on an older XP machine and it does what it says. Keep up the good work.

Cheers!

Excellent software!

TV Sony KDL-32EX600..

Issue with renderer (16:9 files appear squeezed on top & bottom, cannot resize [as with xvid] to vertically interpolate/maximize video screen)

Channels plugin not working to either PS3 or Sony Bravia..

Bad AR is due to missing black bars so picture is maximized to full display ignoring the AR.
It can be fixed by TRANSCODING and special line in renderer.conf (example from Panasonic.conf):

Code: Select all

CustomMencoderOptions=-vf softskip,expand=::::1:16\/9:4
This line will automatically add black bars so AR remains correct. Transcoding is required in this case, logically 8-)

We have 2 Xbox 360's here! :D
One of my friends (with no internet; router only) has a PS3 though.

I'm just starting to get into the whole media server thing as an alternative to the time-consuming USB sticks.
Looking forward to the progress, as well as the Interframe capabilities!

Right now I use for PS3 primarily, but will also look into using with xbox 360 and iPod (after I fix the broken touch screen, again). I heard that Nintendo may add in the ability to connect to PC with the Wii U, so looking forward to if and when it is capable.

I tried BOTH the PS3 and my Samsung Smart TV.
I decided to stay on the Samsung TV for a simple reason: it has 802.11n support, while PS3 supports just 802.11g. This created trouble with 1080p and 1080p 3D movies, because the bandwidth was not enough with just 802.11g.

If this has been fixed, I could get back to ps3 :)

bye!

In addition to PS3, also use WD Live and am working on getting my DirecTV Genie to work.
