Is it possible that........???
Hello,
is there any possibility that when you are streaming a video with .srt external subtitles from PC to Tv , can affect the flow of the video frame rates ?????
I am asking this because when i play a video file with external subtitles the video looks like its changing the framerate....
Thanks.

For sure when you play any video with subtitles it will be slower (more cpu intensive) than without.
I would doubt that internal/external give diffrence - depend of engina thaty ou use. If it was diffrenet then I would submit bug for that engine.
