Action Btrieve12

Dear UMS users,
Recently I upgraded to the latest UMS and it looks like a database manager is embedded, it's "action Btrieve12". The problem is that apparently it can't be installed properly and every time I reboot it tries to re-install, but fails every time.
Is this part of UMS or not? I've tried to delete and re-install but the same thing happens
Please advise.
