Universal Media Server no longer working with PS4

Hello
I've been using Universal Media Server with my pS4 without issue for years now, but lately I've been having issues with them. They'll work after I restart my router and reinstall my UMS for maybe one use. Next time I go to use it I get a "Cannot access this media server, it is not allowing access from this PS4." message. Java is up to date, the settings in my UMS haven't changed. If it's my firewall settings I can't seem to pinpoint the issue. It's starting to drive me nuts. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
