Samsung UE48H6600 subtitles problem

After testing 8.0.0 and 7.90 suddenly the external subtitles on my Samsung UE48H6600 won't be shown anymore.
On my Samsung UE32 F4580SS the subtitles are fine.
They both use the Samsung-NotCD.conf. On both the files with external subtitles are displayed like : file_a {subtitles:SubRip}
Subtitles on the UE48 work if i use transcoding with FFmpeg or VLCVideo. With the other transcoding engines subtitle doesn't work.
No recent firmware update on the UE48.
Any ideas?
