Hi,

I have VLC installed on a computer for the sole purpose of rendering/streaming local content to my Chromecast.
I'd like the option to set a Chromecast (or any other renderer) as the default renderer each time I open VLC.
I think that this feature would be a nice addition.

That should be a feature request for VLC. UMS has no role to play there.
