renderer configs for Samsung UE46C6800 and UE40D6500

Hi,
attached are configs for Samsung UE46C6800 and UE40D6500;
Mainly followed Samsungs written techspec. Did not do too much testing:
- streaming of h264 in mpegts OK
- streaming of mp3 OK
- transcoding flac OK
- displaying jpg OK
I appreciate others tests, critics and tunings.
