Streaming on PS3 - "the file format is not supported"

hi

i'm streaming mkv-files from my ums to ps3. some files (h254 @ L4.0 and AC3 5.1) work without problems, but some of them (exactly same codecs) don't work. this message occurs: "the file format is not supported"

is there anything i can do to get those files working?
