This release improves support for some common file formats, improves support for VLC for iOS, fixes a Linux startup bug, improves performance and more!

We are busy preparing our next beta which improves and extends our metadata, allowing for things like recommendations, genres, ratings from major sources, etc. as well as remote access.

You can download it from the front page, our other official mirrors, or install it via Docker with:

Code: Select all

docker pull universalmediaserver/ums

Ran into a huge memory leak issue with 9.4.1, was using over 8 GB ram after running a couple of days, hopefully this update avoids that.
