SOLUTION : Sub wont show in MKV on ext sub when a sub is embedded in MKV. Use MKVToolNix and import the Mkv. Uncheck the SubRip/SRT and finally Start multiplexing. It takes max 2 min, and then the problem is solved. You now have a new mkv file without sub embedded.
