CNN live Stream to PS3

Hello
I'm trying to get the CNN Live stream to my PS3. It is my understanding that the PMS or UMS can do that as there is a folder called TV. Now while PMS runs pretty good out of the box when it comes to files stored locally, it seems to be a nightmare to get a live stream to work, as there seems to be no good documentation that wood start from scratch. I myself have no experience with livestreaming or plug-ins for the PMS at all and I do not even know where to begin. There are sooo many terms around when to comes to live streaming such as RTSP, MMS, etc....
All I have is 2 links that would load a live stream in the Web browser:

Now how would I get a direct link to the stream at first? What plug-ins would I need? And where would I begin I if want to get an understanding of all the stream, and plug-ins jungle?
Help would be very much appreciated
