GPU Accelration in General - NVenc, QSV, VCE

Hello,
i just discovered there is a free alternative to plex for transcoding stuff for dlna on network.
went through configuration and found there is the option to enable gpu accelration. tried different ways and selected auto/qsv aswell, but no gpu will be used for transcoding.
just found old topics that it doenst is supported yet in the delivered ffmpeg etc. pp. dunno nothing about video decode/encode/transcode etc.
so ums doenst support any gpu accelration with their inbuilt codes?
is there a feature list?
is there a roadmap?
i know vce isnt that popular cause there is nvenc and qsy spreaded more as vce.
is there a dlna/upnp media server which supports qvs/vce in general?
