Yes, plus the fact that it is wrong. "Start minimized" doesn't come anywhere close to having the same effect. A service will start and run as soon as Windows starts, even if no user logs in. It will also run under a different context, and isn't "connected" to a UI, which is why it must be configured/maintained by editing text-files.
"Start minimized" simply hides the UMS GUI window when UMS starts... which may happen automatically when a user logs in if "Start with windows" is also enabled. It is not running as a service though, it's still running in the user context and DOES have a GUI.
