Tabs Empty

Post by AnnieBody »

After reinstalling I notice the 'Navigation' and Transcoding' tabs are empty.
Clearly there is an issue with this software. I never had these problems with my first install, but did have others hence the re-install.
Can anyone advise the last known working version?

The last one I used was 6.8.0, and it was relatively stable.

Log file was corrupted again so there is definitely something wrong with your installation. either multiple instances, running as a service or something else.

One thing I noticed is your user path, C:\Users\Anne&Les\AppData\Local\Temp\UMS
I'm not sure but could the "&" be causing problems?

V6.8 was working quite well for me.
Unfortunately it did not support newer versions of Mediainfo.

I then used V7.4 which supports newer versions of Mediainfo and worked quite well as well.

All versions after that have given me one problem or another.
