Unable to play media on Safari/Chrome/Firefox on iOS - UMS on Windows 10 2004

Hello,
I'm unable to play files on Safari, Chrome, Firefox from iOS.
I am connected through an IPSec VPN, if that's relevant, but having no issues with other services.
I searched the forums and found no solution, unfortunately.
MP4 file comes from https://file-examples.com/wp-content/up ... 0_18MG.mp4.
The Log is attached to this post as per instructions so is the screen capture of the error.
