Doesn't Start

I just installed the latest version and when i run it nothing happens.
This is on Win 10 pro platform and with clean install selected.
I noticed this occurs with some of your great offerings.
The other problem i have is it can find all of my other media players within the network, but at times doesn't connect with my ps3 & ps4, which are both wired connections.
If i reset the server that seemed to fix it, but doesn't lately.
Any help would be great.
Also i am using Zonealarms for internet security, if that is a factor.
