At morning give me 26 Mb/s;
I try some weeks ago with the cellphone and the app "DLNAServer" i was able to send and even more GB MKV file;

I will need to see trace logs to be sure (see the section in red above) but from that UMS will transcode because the resolution is incompatible with the renderer.
This may be a limitation of the renderer that others have found or may need a tweak to the conf to tell UMS that it can be played.
Try playing from the #--TRANSCODE--# folder and choose "No transcoding" to see if the file can be played without transcoding it.
(if you do not see it, enable "show the #--Transcode--# folder" in the GUI on the navigation tab)

The network speed for a renderer is an estimated value at that time that the speed test is made on startup, and can change depending on other traffic on that network. Things like TVs usually have slower LAN ports so this is not a measure of total speed of your network for internet etc.
