Stuttering on MKV Playback; USM 4.1.0
Hi all,
I got a new laptop recently and ever since then, whenever I tried to watch anything with subtitles, the show tends to stutter a lot. I checked the boards but the topics are either outdated or for older versions. I don't know what settings I may have clicked (Or not clicked), but I've tried everything I can think of. I've enabled/disabled things countless times and still nothing helps it. I've uninstalled and done clean installs multiple times in hopes that something might change. I'm at the end of my rope and I hope someone can help me. It only seems to happen to shows with subtitles (Anime and tokusatsu) but not other shows. Here are my specs:
Windows 8.1 64-bit
Intel Core i5 @ 1.7GHz
6 GB RAM
I've also attached the debug log (I hope it's the right thing).
