Upload speed very low

Hi, just installed this software. To my surprise the video lags and is choppy. But I found the culprit. I have netlimiter installed, and I could see that it only sends out 330 kb/s max. Which is way too low for 1080p content. If i pause and let my bluray player buffer it works for a few seconds. So how can I resolve this? I tried making the buffer smaller but that was to no avail. Also when the bitrate is below like 2,5 mbps, which is about right (330*8) on my bluray player it works fine, so its clearly a speed issue. I used serviio before this and I could see it sending several MB/s sometimes so clearly something is wrong.
