[SOLVED] UMS not appearing as a DNLA/UPnP server on PS4/PS3

Ended up with this problem before and it was the firewall.
This time I managed to not understand the implications of the "invisibility on Lan" option as part of NordVPN. The vpn client was disabled and not running, but the setting appears to be applied regardless.
Disabling this setting resolved my issue.
