HOW DO YOU SETUP Universal Media Server FOR LIVE STREAMING?

Hello,

I am quite puzzled about how i would set up universal media server for streaming sports, such as sky sports 1,2,3,4.

So far i have installed universal media server (UMS) but i do not know what to do next since there is no proper setup guide on this forum,
please can someone give me step-by-step setup guides to watch live tv and sports so i can stream to my Sony Bravia TV via DLNA.
