Smart TV problems

Hi, I have two problems and I hope you can help me. First problem is that after 20-30 minutes Philips TV loses connection to UMS and I have to shut it down and on again so it could find the server again. The problem is in TV but I was able to find in other forums what people did in other media servers and resolved that issue and the solution was to increase the lifetime of SSDP announcement because the TV doesn't receive or process SSDP announcements from router. It receives information when connecting to the server only. So if anyone knows how to increase SSDP on this server I would be very grateful.
The second problem is that when I try to fast forward the video it just stops no matter what kind of file i'm watching so when my TV loses connection I can't fast forward to where movie left off. And part of that problem is that I can't use resume video because it doesn't work, when I try to resume it continues 10-20 minutes after where I left of.

Please help :(
