MKV Videos audio out of sync

After i install the 1.4.0 version my mkv videos being out of sync. I go back to the 1.3.0 ( I uninstall the new version and delete the files on C:\Programdata\ums) and the video looks like frame by frame and the audio is being out of sync after some minutes of playback. I've seen it really helps if one attaches one's debug.log. So I have done that.
If there is any other pertinent information you need, please inform me and I will respond as completely as I can. I appreciate you and anyone's help on this matter and thank you in advanced for your consideration.

I have also noticed this. It seems the new version may be more sensitive to header compression. Or maybe we are just noticing it more.

When I run mkvmerge, and set the Compression to: None I can run the same videos without problems. Is TSMuxer able to remove the header compression on the fly?
