[Solved] Samsung BD-E5500 subtitle issue post upgrade

Hi,

I have a Samsung Blu-Ray player that since upgrading from 3.6.0 to either 3.6.2 or 3.6.4 no longer receives Subtitles, I also have a PS3 and this works fine. i have uplaoded traces from both 3.6.0 and 3.6.4 can you take a look? I have read other post in ref to Audio/Subtitle priorities but with no joy. I have also tried the Samsung Allshare.conf file from 3.6.0 with 3.6.4 the .srt files are external with the same name as the video file.

Hi [email protected], we have made a lot of subtitle fixes in the latest versions so it might be already fixed, can you please let me know if it works in the following version? If it doesn't, please include logs for that, since we added a lot more logging stuff so we can see exactly what is going wrong Thanks!
