My settings have dissapeared

My settings have dissapeared
It is possible that there is a simple reason for this, but most of my settings have gone .
For instance,on Transcoding, the only thing there is Disable Subtitles and on Navigation/Share all that is there is my shared folders.
This has been happening for about three months . Just downloaded 4 2 1 and the problem is still there.

Came here to agree with this. I had tried several programs to stream my files from a NAS drive to DirecTV HD DVR. This is the first one that worked right out of the box. But I did notice I have this same exact problem I am missing all Transcoding settings.
First time ever installing this program. Any help would be great.

I may have found the solution for this. I actually reinstalled the program but this time I installed it onto my NAS drive. Also when I installed it I checked to show advanced options. I don't know which one fixed it but I do have all of the settings now.
