Device isn't seeing UMS without Quiting and Reopening UMS
I recently started using a Chromecast partnered with my Android devices. I have been using UMS with both of my iPad's without issue but have run into issues since updating to UMS 4.2.2. Each time I go to stream to either one of the iPad or Android devices I have to quit UMS and reopen it, then the devices will see UMS and I have no issues streaming.
UMS is running on a Win 8.1 machine that has a wired Ethernet connection to my wireless router. All of wireless devices are connected to the same wireless network.
Any help would be appreciated.

Just for the record, I have this exactly same issue. I think it's something with my firewall or with the windows service or even a something to do with the Java version (I think I have the latest but I'm not home now). I never went deep on solving it because I had another media server before but now that I changed my TV I plan to use only UMS. Which antivirus do you use? I use Microsoft Security Essentials and my os is Windows 7 ultimate 64.
