Media renderer was not recognized

Post by KT11 »

Using

Windows 7
UMS 4.3.1

Problem description:
Configuration of UMS or network has not been changed.
Nevertheless UMS cannot find media renderers.
"Media renderer was not recognized. Possible identifying HTTP headers: User-Agent: Linux/2.6.32.12, UPnP/1.0, Portable SDK for UPnP devices/1.6.18"

Ports in firewall are open.
Please help.

Which renderers are you using to try to connect to UMS?
-- UMS serving PS3, WDTV, Samsung H6400 + J5500 and Kalemsoft renderers! (no video transcoding but remuxing accepted :D )

If you can see it connected on Status, what's the problem? That log message is probably about another renderer
