[Solved] How to get the Xbox 360 to show video thumbnails?

I was wondering how to get the 360 to show video thumbnails or if it is possible at all.

Both the PS3 and the Xbox One in the house show video thumbnails without me needing to change any settings but the Xbox 360 just remains blank.

I've done a search on the forum but all I come across is information on how to attach image files to the videos.

If it's not an option on the Xbox 360 it won't be possible, sorry. We don't actually support video thumbnails for any renderers since it's not possible - some renderers just do it by themselves by asking us to play the video
