Specific mkv files audio out of sync with video

So I'm using a Sony Blu-Ray Player model BDP-S390 with UMS v5.0.1. (Same problem existed on 5.0.0, not sure about versions before that) All my typical stuff streams fine, subs work, all that. However this particular series I have works fine when played from the PC via Media Player Classic, but when streamed to the TV via the above setup, I have noticeable (5+ seconds) delay in the audio and video. This particular series was encoded with multiple audio streams, which is not typical for many of the things I watch so I'm not sure if that's relevant, but I figured I'd mention it. The file in question is

[OZC]Ghost in the Shell Stand Alone Complex E01 'Section 9' [v2].mkv
