UMS 5.0.1 wrong subs cache problem

Using UMS 5.0.1, windows 7 and a samsung tv

I play a movie with external srt sub. Plays fine.

Now I play another movie (not every movie and a differnet dir and name) with external subs.
Sometimes the subs from the previous movie are showing (even if I deleted the already played movie)

Seems like a cache problem but I don't know how to clear. I tried clear cache but that doesn't solve the issue.

Are there other cache dir we have to clean ?

When playing the movies with VLC everything works fine

Hi, i have the same problem. Can some one to help us with that?
It is very very hard to watch a movie with subtitle of other movie.
