MKS wont start

Hello All

I am very new to ums.

So first I installed the latest UMS.
Then I pressed the shortcut to it.
Nothing happened.

I went to the whole path c:\program files\... and pressed on ums.exe.
Nothing happened (no screen open, no error message)

I un-installed it and re-install it. same results.

I saw that there is bach file ums.bat so I pressed on it.
Nothing happened.

I copied the line from the batch file and run it.
(don't have on here, where I am not, so I didn't paste it here)
No popup no nothing.

I looked at the process manager and I saw that there are two java__ processes that run, but no ums.

The OS is Win XP SP3

Any hints ?
