USM won't open but shows in dock (Apple iMac)

Hi,

Wonder if anyone can help?

I've tried to install USM multiple times over the last few days, i'm running El Capitan on my iMac which is the newest (was running Yosemite prior and couldn't get it to open on that either)

Java and everything else is up to date

The app opens and shows in the dock but no window opens, you can click the icon but nothing opens at all

Any help would be greatly appreciated as want this to work with my PS4
