Ok, for some reason the zip packing breaks because of some duplicate log file channel.log

I guess if i delete that file manually, it will work..

Another problem i noticed playing a m4v with srt subtitles..the subtitles didnt load.

Ok, about the subtitles not loading with that m4v.

If i go transocde folder, and choose "mencoder [Subrip/Undetermined]" it works.. (the subtitles are shown)
but there's also another option; "mencoder [Timed Text (TXG3)]" if i choose that one, the subs does not play..so maybe UMS thinks it's "timed text"? (what ever that is)

I did do a rebuild of the srt incase of it having invalid structure.. but the same, and everything seems ok with the subtitle file.

EDIT: And yes, the removing the duplicate channel.log file, made "pack debug files" work again

Ok, some progress, i tried deleting UMS.conf, and startup using default settings.
Now javaw does not hang! YAY - , and the xvid file mentioned in the first post, now plays! (alltho has great pixelation at some points (errors), and i know it played flawless once)
I'm pretty sure i did a total uninstall/reinstall of UMS thos.. so i thought that would totally delete any config files.

Still, It didnt fix the subtitle problem.

Nope =), also the first thing i wanted to test.. still does not work.

I tells right form the start cause it shows "00:00:00.00" in subtitles area.. and from then on nothing happens subtitle-wise
