How to make subtitles larger
Hello All,
I am completely fresh to UMS. I have a video file in *.mkv and separate subtitles in *.txt file. Everything works fine with exception of subtitles size.
I would like to make them larger because I can hardly see them. I have tried change subtitles setting but unfortunatelly without effect (I have restarted the whole server). I use default configuration of UMS (and Sony Bravia as a display).
I kindly ask for guidance how to make subtitles larger.
Regards,
Piotr

Re: How to make subtitles larger
Afaik there was a fix for subtitles size in 5.50
Also, have you tried using the options in GUI?

It also depends on if your renderer supports subtitles.
For the PS3, which has no subtitle support, UMS handles the subtitles so you would adjust them in UMS as above.
But the PS4 supports external .srt subtitles, so those can be streamed to the PS4. If the subs are streamed, you adjust the subtitles in your renderer (PS4, TV, etc.) as UMS is just handing them over for the renderer to deal with.
