Re: Samsung Transcoding mpeg mkv
I've built a version that has extra logging for the bitstream. Please install this and post new debug files.
Re: Samsung Transcoding mpeg mkv
I updated to the version you attached in the previous message and now the 4 mkv files are showing as avi and working just fine. The time is correct, the poor quality issue is gone etc..
The only thing I changed was samsung-cd.conf was set back to 25 in maximum_bitrate after the new install, so I changed that to 0. I have to assume 6.0.0 had a change that fixed the problem.
I have attached the debug log anyways in case you see something different.

Re: Samsung Transcoding mpeg mkv
I just upgraded from 6.0.0 (using the version attached in this thread) to 6.1.0 and my problems have returned.
I dont know what you changed in 6.0.0 to make my problems disappear, but they are back in 6.1.0.
Please help!
update: I tried reinstalling 6.0.0 and the problems have returned. Now I have no idea what fixed the problem

Re: Samsung Transcoding mpeg mkv
Attached is the log from 6.0.0 not working right now. I can upgrade to 6.1.0 and do the same thing if desired.

Re: Samsung Transcoding mpeg mkv
And I fixed it again. After installing 6.1.0 I noticed that my samsung-cd.conf was reset again.
I set MaxVideoBitrateMbps = 90 and inside UMS I set maximum bandwidth to 100.
Having both at 0 didn't work properly I guess.
Now times are correct and no pixelation.

Re: Samsung Transcoding mpeg mkv
Please retest both set to 0 as it means no restriction.
If bug will return, post logs as it should help in fixing it.
Thanks
