IP_Filter Help (SOLVED)
Hello yall i was in the "Security and Privacy" page reading on ip filter and i understand everything rather i think i do. Umm, i went and open UMS.conf and went to the IP filter (White list) and in the bottom is the "ip_filter =" So i put the IP address there then saved. But nothing seems to happen am i doing something wrong guys? Hope to get a response thanks guys.

1. What happens if you just use the input field in the GUI? (General Configuration tab)?
2. Which UMS.conf did you edit?.. if you're on windows, the path of UMS.conf is: C:\ProgramData\UMS\UMS.conf
I'm not sure why there's also a UMS.conf in the program directory of UMS (exe) , anyways it's not used.
If you still don't succeed, you can filter devices by uuid instead of IP: viewtopic.php?f=9&t=8558

Yep! I found it had to enable it on the Config Wizard. Thank you! Very much i really do appreciate this!
