ALWAYS prefer external subs setting?

I have noticed that external subs (srt) will only be displayed if there are no embedded subs.
Is there a universal setting that will make external subs to always be chosen and displayed?

The default is to show external subs. Just ensure the file is named same as the movie file with .srt externsion.
