Hi - I'm still having the above issue. After about 40 minutes, it disconnects, and I have to restart the PS4 to get it working again. I tried uninstalling the latest version and installing UMS 5.2.0, mainly because it was released a few months before the previous post in this thread, but the old version did the same as the new.

Was a solution ever found?

Those are very generic symptoms and can have a lot of different reasons. As such, I doubt there is any "one" solution to this. You should start a new thread, post debug files as explained in red above, so someone can have a look at what causes this in your case.

Nadahar - I posted a new thread but haven't gotten a response yet. I'm still new to this - how long does it usually take before someone sees it and has an idea what to do? Thanks for your help.
