video format not recognized
Hi
I just installed UMS on my MacBook Air. I created a folder with a few test videos and an other one with a few Fotos. No issues. UMS is recognized by my Loewe TV and the test videos are in the correct folder. However, if I want to stream them I get an error message saying "the media could not be loaded, either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported. I tested mp4 and m4v videos. I have the issue on both, TV and UMS web interface. Fotos seem to work in the web interface but are not recognized by the TV. Furthermore I cannot start the videos in the web interface with flash player either, although it is installed on my Mac. Error log is attached to the post. Any hint?
Thanks, Christoph

Re: video format not recognized
The problem is that your TV is not recognized by the UMS.
Re: video format not recognized
Thanks. Thought it should work if the TV finds the UMS what it does. Anyway, I tried the blu ray player (Cambridge Azur BD752). This device is recognized by the UMS. Problem solved.
