Check for Updates Error:Cannot download properties

Build Date: 2019-05-03

Hi everyone

I have just completed a fresh install and when using using the button 'Check for updates' found on the 'General Settings' screen a dialogue box opens with a progress bar and and error saying 'Error: Cannot download properties'.

Any ideas what this might be?

This could be simply problem to connect to the server through web or temporary problem with the server. Without log we can only guess.

Thank you for your reply. Your right I should have posted the log file, but the error seems to have fixed itself now, and the button shows their are no updates available rather than an error message.
