I have performed a clean install of UMS v10.4.1 and have noticed the Fully Played Action is not working.

Hello Kardiker,
I had the same problem. After I marked "navigation settings" -> "enable the media library" it worked again.
I hope this can solve your problem too.

Also from experience, all streaming services indicate which episodes you have watched.

Sorry for your troubles with this feature. I agree it is core functionality that needs to work.
Can you please confirm that the "Monitor played status of files" checkbox is enabled for the folder you are playing from? That can be found on the "Shared Content" tab

I can confirm that the checkbox "Monitor played status of files" is ticked -> works on my system
