Ver 13.2.0 Web Content missing under Shared Content tab

First of all, I am grateful to be able to ask for help on this forum and will greatly appreciate a response when possible. Thanks very much.

The issue I am reporting is with version 13.2.0.

I uninstalled version 11.6.0 which I was using. It had no issues. I just wanted to keep up with the newer version.

I installed version 13.2.0 but found that the "Web Content" feature was completely missing.

I, therefore, uninstalled version 13.2.0 and re-installed version 11.6.0.

I am attaching the debug logs for both versions and a screenshot to show the "Web Content" present under the "Shared Content" tab of version 11.6.0 but missing from version 13.2.0

My technical details:
Computer O.S. = Windows 7 Pro 32 bit, 4GB RAM
Default Web Browser = Mozilla Firefox Ver 109.0.1
Television = Sony Model KP57HP40 (Rear Projection) (please don't laugh).
Renderer = Sony PS3

All the shared folders, web content and virtual folders have been combined into one place.

In the old GUI there is a green + button to add web content but It is best to set these up in the web interface by going to http://localhost:9001/ and selecting "Shared Content" from the menu button in the top right.
