You forgot to attach your logs, can't be much help if I cannot see what is happening. (see the section in red above)

Does this happen with other videos or is it just with that one video?
Logs are important for us to help, Please follow This Link before asking for support. Just a forum cleaner, Will help if I can but no expert.
