The problem will be the config of the renderer conf file.
For example, the included LG-webOS.conf file included with UMS was transcoding or not playing about 30% of my media files.
After modifying over some years it plays everything and most without transcoding.now.

Do you know which conf file the TV uses?
And is it the case that your other Samsung TV plays mkv with dts files ok?
What are the series of thr tvs.
Series 7 and series 9?

I had a quick look but I only see 1 of the QE65Q95TATXZG TV's on IP 192.168.0.244.
The unknown renderer on 192.168.0.199 is your computer and would usually be Windows media player, not sure why it is showing as unknown still.

Just saw the last reply after I typed that, that it was not connected to your router so glad you got it sorted. :D

I have seen a trend for newer TVs to drop support for DTS so the manufacturers don't need to pay for the licencing.
This means to play your MKVs that use DTS then you have to transcode them.

The conf might have to be tweaked a little to remove that as a supported format so that UMS can automatically transcode those, but there was no conf included in your logs as it was set to force default as @boss mentioned. (this also explains the unknown renderer for your computer)

Make sure Force default renderer is off so your TV can be detected correctly and the right conf used.

I think the right conf to use might be the Samsung-UHD-2019.conf one and that does not have DTS as a supported format.
See what one is used when not forced and if it does not use the right one then I can make some tweaks for you if you do some more logs.

@mik_s
Could be the issue about newer TVs not supporting dts as you say.
It sounds like the series 7 TV is playing the mkv dts files ok but the series 9 TV is not.

I have 3 TV's:
Samsung Q70 (QE65Q70TATXZG) which is working good :)

Samsung Q80 (QE65Q85RATXZG) which is not working

Samsung Q90 (QE65Q95TATXZG) which is not working.

I have attached the configs of all tree models. It seems that the Q80 and Q90 uses the same config. i renamed one of the file with _q80 for uploading it here. But both uses the Samsung-UKG-2019.conf.
Unfortunaley i dont know how to tweak this files.

thank you :)

I see these comments at the top of the Samsung-UHD-2019.conf file.
# This is based on Samsung-UHD.conf but removes dts and divx support, which
# was removed from all Samsung TVs in 2019, and has more specific subtitles
# support.

It might be worth going into the "transcode" folder and check that the mkv dts files play when forced to transcode.

and... did you change the Samsung-Q9.conf file back to original in case the TV is picking up that conf file.
The original was:
UserAgentSearch = Samsung Q9
UpnpDetailsSearch = QE\d{2}Q9

When you go into UMS on your TV (like when you want to play a video) there should be a folder named "transcode".
It that folder, you can select the video you want to play and it will give you different transcoding methods. Try each method and check if the mkv dts file plays.
